We collect what we need to sell you a miner and nothing more: your name, email, phone and shipping address, and the details of your order. Payment details are entered on our payment processor’s pages and never reach us.

We use them to fulfil and ship your order, to answer support requests, and to send order and shipping emails. We share your shipping details with our fulfilment warehouse and carrier, and payment details with our payment processor. We don’t sell personal data.

If you arrived through a partner’s link, we store their discount code in a cookie on your device for 30 days so the discount applies at checkout. Partners see only order numbers, dates, countries and amounts — never who bought.

Your miner doesn’t talk to us: it connects only to the mining pool you configure.

To see, correct or delete your data, email sales@basicsolominer.com. Siber Ventures LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada.
