30-day returns

Changed your mind? Return the miner within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email sales@basicsolominer.com with your order number first and we’ll send return instructions. Please include everything that came in the box.

12-month warranty

If the miner or its power supply fails in normal use within 12 months of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it, and we cover return shipping for warranty claims in the US. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from overclocking beyond stock settings, third-party firmware that bricks the device, physical damage, or a power supply other than the one supplied.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives and is checked — usually within 5 business days of arrival.
